Kieanna was born in Los Angeles with a Middle Eastern-Latina lineage. The insightful fungi awakened the ecological compass within her at a young age paving the way for increased curiosity of natures elements and intelligence, questioning systems of psychological consumerism and self-healing. She has extensive experience and is trained in yoga therapy, meditation, regenerative horticulture, seed saving, sustainable circular design systems, a decade working in litigation, finding solace in solo-trekking and most recently and primarily fungi cultivation and foraging.

 

Being a passionate citizen scientist of mycology and its interconnected therapeutic and environmental relationships, she now focuses her time and skills on the intersection of consciousness and evolution. Through years of cultivation, she fosters community curiosity and safety through her vibrant nurturing essence and deep listening. She works closely with professionals to provide individuals with an intuitive customized protocol that supports their unique intentions and body composition, paving the way for them to recenter and connect with their inner God. The medicine is carefully cultivated from spore to fruiting body by her partner and herself with heirloom, wild and indigenous genetics collected during travels and from trusted sources. Kieanna values presence, empathy, precision, consistency, quality, integrity, reliability and strives to embody these in her interactions.

Kieanna and her prior partner are the duo behind the award-winning (2023) Hand of God cultivation effort.

Kieanna continues this effort with her current partner in Ojai, California. 

 

Kieanna is the Director of Community Relations and Education for Fungi Valley, LA, a thriving culinary cultivation that serves Farmers Markets through out Los Angeles.  

Further, she sits on the board of the non-profit organization DIRTGIRLS who delivers educational programs for residents and businesses to ensure understanding of organic waste systems, compost contamination and related current legislation.  

 

Kieanna's primary energy and efforts go towards supporting the healing of individuals and their relationship to nature.
